Refunds
What is refundable?
Please keep in mind, we make many purchases and deposits for attractions and hotels in advance of the tour. All money paid to ThrillCoaster Tours will be refunded in the following way:
- Until April 1st, tour amount less 1/3 of total trip amount will be returned to you
- Between April 1st and July 1, tour amount less 2/3 of entire trip costs will be returned to you
- After July 1, 25% will be credited towards a future trip with ThrillCoaster Tours, but no cash will be refunded.
Trip Cancellation Insurance
The Company has made a trip cancellation insurance policy available to purchase separately.
